The Community Resiliency Foundation (The CRF)
Our Mission
To empower individuals, families, and communities through accessible resources, civic engagement, education, and support that foster resilience, self-reliance, and enduring hope.
Who We Are
The Community Resiliency Foundation (CRF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the foundations of resilient communities. We support individuals, families, and local organizations by providing educational programs, training opportunities, themed resource kits, equipment rentals, and consumable supplies that help community members pursue projects and initiatives aligned with our mission.
We believe that strong communities are built when people are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
At the heart of the Community Resiliency Foundation is the Council of Mothers—a volunteer council of local women whose lives, families, and futures are deeply connected to the community they serve. Their guidance helps ensure that every program, project, and initiative remains focused on strengthening families, fostering civic responsibility, and creating opportunities for learning, creativity, and hope.
Our Three Pillars
Women & Children
Supporting programs, resources, and opportunities that strengthen families, promote well-being, and help women and children thrive.
Civic Responsibility & Self-Governance
Encouraging active citizenship, leadership, community service, self-reliance, and informed participation in the responsibilities that help communities prosper.
Arts & Literacy
Promoting creativity, learning, communication, and cultural enrichment through educational and artistic opportunities.
Building Stronger Communities
We believe that investing in any one of these three pillars strengthens the entire community. When families are strong, citizens are engaged, and creativity and learning flourish, communities become more resilient, self-reliant, and prepared to meet future challenges.
